TRACK BACKGROUND

In each one of us and our lives. Why is everything about getting to be that someone who is so solved and simple but sublime? When things get very intense in our lives, we think, we question, we reciprocate, we accept, we think again, and then we live on... We have faces and phases. When we put a mask on to something it gets two sides and realities. We chose, for we are not the ones who created us..but only can survive. Naqab is a song about those questions and discovering the true nature of oneself. I wrote this song last year but was only able to complete the writing process a few months back. It took me a while to understand how I really wanted it to sound. So it was me experimenting with everything that I’ve ever experienced and learned... I started producing the music with a very simple idea…Infusing some ambient elements with the live recorded instruments that I was able to play (everything except bass guitar), gelling in strings and distortion, and then the breakdown… The song is written, sung, and produced by me… Watch this space to know more about the song and stories…
